The nurses and staff are very friendly and helpful! Very well kept and the renovations are beautiful.

Such an incredible facility with caring staff. I’m very pleased with the great care provided by the administrator and his caregivers. It is clear to see how well it is run. I love how beautiful the building is with the recent renovation that has been done. Highly recommended – 6 Stars!

Great place. We had some loved ones staying here and the RN’s were very on top of everything that was needed for my family member that was staying here. It’s newly renovated so it doesn’t have the old dainty feel that a lot of the places like this have. Very grateful for mission valley and what they have done!

My Dad was here getting rehab. The service was exceptional. The staff became family we loved Isaac the administrator. Kimberly and Stephanie were amazing. Sarah, Emma and Scarlett in Therapy were the best. Kris aka teddy bear, and Jessica were awesome. Jackie and Rolando were phenomenal. Sia was easy to work with and made discharging my dad simple. We will always be thankful for Mission valley!!

Attentive doctor. Closely monitored my dad’s conditions and prescribed helpful treatment plans. The staff, everyone, were patient, friendly, knowledgeable and provided on-time care. I trust them with my dad. My mom, sister and I visit my dad daily, sometimes twice daily. So we see the difference and hard work everyone put in everyday. I am grateful my dad has been well cared for.

Staff was nice here. Physical therapy was good. Liked the activities gals that came to the room and visited. Got the admissions gal phone number Kim and she was nice. Food wasn’t bad Anna would come check on me. Facility was clean. Night nurse Eliana was friendly. Good place.

My loved one went in healthy, only needed rehab for walking with walker. Was consistently ignored when pushing call nurse button. Once a day went to exercise but not with walker. I visited every other day, talked to staff about care. After being there 2 months and constantly health declining was sent to the hospital with sepsis, pneumonia and other things. I only hope that this staff has to be put in a place like this when they get elderly. Do not recommend!!!

My stay was good. In the mornings it can be loud so ask to shut the room door if you need to. Therapy was nice. Enjoyed going to therapy daily. Iliana the nurse was helpful with my stay and got me whatever I needed. Food was good worked with Ana on what I like. The two girls who drive the van Kimberly and Stephanie would make appointments fun. Would come here again.

Happy with care at Mission Valley. Kristian the RN was helpful with setting up appointments and care for my wife. The process from the hospital was smooth with the help of Kimberley. The facility was cleaned several times a day. The therapy there was top notch. Very impressed. Cnas were also good.

The nurses are pretty good. my mom’s not big on the food. Rafina, Alice, and the other lady at front desk are really friendly and helpful.

I am really happy with the care my father is getting at this nursing facility so far. The staff is caring and attentive to the needs of patient especially Suman.

My husband stayed at the Mission Valley Post Acute after hospital discharge. The facility is clean. The staff and CNAs are always smiling. And the nurses are responsive. Before deciding which post-acute facility my husband should go to, I visited five facilities and I am happy I made the right choice for him.

This review is long overdue. My Grandfather was there for around 8 weeks getting the best therapy a facility could provide. I cannot remember all their names but they are so loving and funny. I appreciate the cnas because they all worked hard. There were a couple night cnas that weren’t the most attentive but we got through it. They got my Grandpa up everyday and kept him clean. The receptionist Rafina was always pleasant to be greeted by. We got to attend some of the live music there and it was fun. The food was good, and I appreciate everything Ana did for my pa. The nursing care was up and down. We had a lot of questions that didn’t get answered and his medications were often late but we appreciate effort. All in all this was a good first experience.

My time at Mission Valley Post Acute has been an incredibly positive and meaningful experience. From day one, I was surrounded by a team of dedicated professionals who truly care about their patients and go above and beyond every single day. . Their willingness to help and genuine care made a huge difference in my daily routine and recovery. You helped me regain strength and confidence, always pushing me in the best way possible. I’m also grateful to the Nurse Kris and Jessica, for helping me rebuild important daily skills with patience and understanding. Your support has truly been valuable. To the Nurse Managers , Bambie and Tammy, your professionalism and compassionate care gave me peace of mind. I always felt safe knowing I was in such capable hands. This is the BEST nursing care facility in all of the Bay Area, if not all of California, with no comparison. Every employee from the bottom up leads with their heart, treating each patient with kindness, prompt response, compassion and respect. If you have ever had to find a nursing home for a loved one, you know how emotionally difficult it is, trying to ensure they will get the best care. When you enter Mission Valley Post Acute Care, you can feel the positive energy. You KNOW this is the perfect place for your loved one. The facility is extremely clean, patients have smiles on their faces. It is magical in every way. I witnessed the miracle healing of my brother and I attribute it to the excellence of the staff. I am incredibly grateful for the care my aunt received at this facility. The Director of Nursing Bambi is truly professional, compassionate, and always attentive to the needs of residents and their families. It’s clear that strong leadership sets the tone for the entire team. The nurses and the CNA’s were very kind, patient, and very caring. They go above and beyond to make sure my aunt was comfortable, safe, and treated with respect. The facility itself is wonderful, clean, welcoming, and well-organized. It gives our family great peace of mind knowing she was in such good hands. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place where their loved ones need rehabilitation and nursing services. They give exceptional service. They are the best!

My father is a patient/resident at Mission Valley Post Acute. One of the things we really appreciate is the personal care each resident gets. I am having a very positive experience so far with this center. The entire staff has been very kind and helpful and patient. Especially Paramjit, she has been super nice and understanding with us and my grandmother. They work with what they’ve got and I really appreciate all the hard work everyone on the team does to ensure a good experience.
