My husband stayed at the Mission Valley Post Acute after hospital discharge. The facility is clean. The staff and CNAs are always smiling. And the nurses are responsive. Before deciding which post-acute facility my husband should go to, I visited five facilities and I am happy I made the right choice for him.

This review is long overdue. My Grandfather was there for around 8 weeks getting the best therapy a facility could provide. I cannot remember all their names but they are so loving and funny. I appreciate the cnas because they all worked hard. There were a couple night cnas that weren’t the most attentive but we got through it. They got my Grandpa up everyday and kept him clean. The receptionist Rafina was always pleasant to be greeted by. We got to attend some of the live music there and it was fun. The food was good, and I appreciate everything Ana did for my pa. The nursing care was up and down. We had a lot of questions that didn’t get answered and his medications were often late but we appreciate effort. All in all this was a good first experience.

My time at Mission Valley Post Acute has been an incredibly positive and meaningful experience. From day one, I was surrounded by a team of dedicated professionals who truly care about their patients and go above and beyond every single day. . A heartfelt thank you to all of the CNAs, especially Jackie, Natalie and Mayette whose kindness and patience never went unnoticed. Their willingness to help and genuine care made a huge difference in my daily routine and recovery. To the amazing therapy staff—Sia, Sara , Pooja, Emma, Scarlett, and Kayleen—thank you for your encouragement, motivation, and expertise. You helped me regain strength and confidence, always pushing me in the best way possible. I’m also grateful to the Nurse Kris and Jessica, for helping me rebuild important daily skills with patience and understanding. Your support has truly been valuable. To the Nurse Managers , Bambie and Tammy, your professionalism and compassionate care gave me peace of mind. I always felt safe knowing I was in such capable hands. A big thank you to the Marketer and Admissions Kimberly and Stephanie, for the high quality of care provided throughout the facility. I also deeply appreciate Eric, Social Service Director for helping coordinate my care and ensuring everything was in place for my needs. And thank you to Issac, Administrator for leading such an incredible team , and providing welcoming environment . For the most I stay out of my bedroom in one of the most important to mention last.
